After more than thirty years of timeshare in the United States, many HOA boards today are beginning to understand the danger of the "Timeshare Death Spiral" and have taken the bold step of allocating money to foreclose on delinquent interval owners. That, of course, is step number One in the never ending cycle of timeshare attrition. Step number Two is finding new owners for those newly acquired intervals. That's where some resorts have a problem. For one reason or another, many HOA's have found it difficult to maintain an ongoing resale program sufficient to keep up with their natural yearly attrition. Not able to find new buyers for their growing inventories, these resorts find themselves staring down the black hole of the Timeshare Death Spiral.

We are the solution. One call to us is all that's needed. We purchase HOA inventories in bulk quantities for a wholesale cash price. We will register them all in our name and most importantly, we will GUARANTEE the payment of the resort's maintenance fees on each interval. We will then market and sell each interval to a new end-user, one that will use the timeshare happily. Once we have purchased and sold all of the resort's "Excess" inventory we will encourage the Board to continue their yearly foreclosure program with the full knowledge that we can handle the disposition of each and every interval they take in. Prior to any foreclosure proceedings we mail letters to these folks making them aware that if they are having financial troubles or they simply wish to dispose of their timeshare, we will buy it from them, thus saving them the hassle and embarrassment of a foreclosure and a blemish on their credit rating. The second way we help the resort reduce the yearly foreclosure rate is by simply referring to us those people that call the resort each year asking for advice on how to dispose of their timeshare.
