On
a daily basis every resort gets the same type of phone call. It's from
a timeshare owner wanting advise on how to dispose of their interval.
Most resorts have no advice, although many resorts will refer them to
a local Broker who will list the property and wait for a buyer. Some people
have the luxury of waiting two or three years for the right buyer to come
along, if one ever does, but most of these callers have already gone the
route of Brokers and internet advertisers and have been scammed at least
once or twice. By the time these people get the idea to call the resort
staff for advise they are already at a point of desperation, ready to
stop paying maintenance fees, and allow the resort to foreclose.
We are the solution. One call to us is all that's needed. We will
purchase the timeshare immediately for a wholesale cash price. We will
create the new deed, send it to the seller for signature, record it with
the county, and register it with the resort in our name. We will then
sell it to someone new, someone ready to use it happily, and most importantly,
someone prepared to pay the maintenance fees. Everyone is happy; the seller
disposed of the timeshare easily, the resort does not have to spend the
time and money on foreclosure proceedings, the happy new owner purchased
a quality timeshare at a bargain price, we made a profit, and the resort
continues to get much needed revenue from the timeshare interval.
